Change the following setting in your PLR file:
Delay Join Loading="2" // 0-always load. 1-load on return to Monitor 2-load when offroad or stopped
You should never set it to "0" since this would lead to a huge lag when somebody joins and your time for that lap will be longer by the loading time of the joiner. "2" is a good compromise, so cars get loaded if you spin off the track or just decide to stop for a moment, beside the race line of course. ;)
